Classes

Providing a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore and develop their very own personal yoga journey.

Welcome to 4th Avenue Yoga!

Our classes have a maximum of 4-6 participants. To many, this may seem like low attendance, but this has been the vision from the beginning – to provide small group instruction in order to meet the wants and needs of each and every yoga student. Classes are sold as packages and the price is determined by the content and length of each class/package. Students will sign-up and pre-pay for these packages directly with the instructor. The register buttons below allow you to communicate your desire to register for the package and the instructor will follow-up with you for payment and any information you need regarding that package. Packages are sold in 4 – 8 week series. Please notify the instructor at least 3 days before the package begins if you want to be taken off the class roster. That allows another student to receive that space and keep the classes full.
